Bruce Wilson, MBA, CPA
Bruce began his career and held tax and accounting positions with the Denver office of KPMG. Subsequently, he was employed as the tax manager and manager of corporate planning and development for an international $2 billion publicly-traded corporation. He started his own CPA practice in 1985.
He has been a successful serial entrepreneur and has managed, co-managed or acted as an advisor on over 100 corporate development transactions. These merger & acquisition, joint venture, asset sale and capital attraction transactions have ranged in size from $2 million to $250 million. Bruce has over 40 years’ experience providing income tax and business advisory services to publicly-traded and closely-held companies located in the United States and Canada.
Bruce received a BA in business and economics from Moravian College and an MBA in finance from Lehigh University. Bruce lives in Longmont, Colorado and enjoys fly fishing, hiking and snowshoeing in the Rocky Mountains. He has also been a volunteer for Special Olympics of Colorado since 2010 and was a board member of the North Park Foundation for fourteen years.
Bruce is a Colorado Certified Public Accountant (license # 4055) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, Association for Corporate Growth and AXIAL, a worldwide M&A group.
